Important Information

Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria won two prizes in the "Bank of the Year" 2011 Awards, organized by the Bank of the Year Association in Bulgaria – the "Mystery Shopper" award  and the "Efficiency" award.
Raiffeisenbank received the "Mystery Shopper" award for the second year in a row and is the only bank in Bulgaria, recognized with this award. It proves the high quality of customer service at Raiffeisenbank’s branches. The prize was adjudged after visits and evaluation by mystery shoppers of more than 500 branches of 26 banks countrywide. This award is extremely significant to Raiffeisenbank because the results are based on an independent approach and reflect the indisputably excellent quality of customer service.
Raiffeisenbank was decorated with the prestigious “Bank of the Year” award in 2002, 2003 and 2007, and “Bank of the Customer” award in 2004.

Since the founding of the Bank in 1995, Raiffeisenbank has proved its leading position and has received many prestigious awards and titles of excellence.
